Standard Delivery is £1.99 (FREE for order over £20) (No insurance)
For our UK customers, items sent by standard delivery usually arrive within 3-5 working days.
Express TRACKED Delivery cost £6:99 (expressed delivery purchased on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched next working day) with insurance compensation of up to £50
Items sent by express delivery usually arrive next day if ordered by 2pm.
European customers

For our European customers items sent by Express TRACKED delivery usually arrive within 7 days with insurance compensation of up to £50

If your order is placed before 2PM (Monday to Friday), your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days.
Orders placed on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders are packed carefully to ensure they arrive with you in pristine condition. If your items arrive faulty or not as described please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any problems for you.
If for any reason your lashes are damaged/faulty please ‘Contact US’ within 48 hours of receiving and we’ll be happy to resolve this issue. Right to return within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, item must be returned in its original packaging unopened and unused.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen shipments. Please select EXPRESSED service in order to benefit from shipping with insurance.
